We hear so much about action-steps and marketing paths and big-wins... but it's not often enough we just get to the core of something that's stopping many of us.

Fear, that is.

I know a thing or two about fear. It's taken me out a time or two, and I've pushed through it plenty. So let's talk about it.

So you can do the thing in this world you were made to do. (Not hide from it).

We all have FEARS as female entrepreneurs.

(Acknowledging that is a good first step, so hey, that's a win!)

Can you relate to any of these, Beautiful Friend?

The fear of putting yourself out there
The fear of being misunderstood
The fear of failing
The fear of being mocked online
The fear of actually making it big! (it's a dream and a fear of change all in one!)
The fear of messing up in front of others
The fear of icky people on the internet
The fear of taking the wrong path
The fear of technology and change
The fear of not being enough, of feeling like a fraud
The fear of being too vulnerable
The fear of what those closest to us may think...

I bet you relate to a few. Have some big feelings around some.

Because Female Entrepreneur Friend, I've felt them all... and with all humility, have overcome many of them (and still am!) -- with a lot of intentionality, work, time, courage, and faith.

Add to all that the fear circling around us that's perpetuated by simply participating / scrolling in the online space.

We're naturally exposed to more world news, comparison of others, facing conflict online.

These can multiply feelings of uncertainty, doubt, and worry... and overpower our ability to make things happen.

(And for the record: making things happen is really important for your business).

Even when we're really good at what we do.

Or driven, or talented, or have a story that will help others.

And this is where my normally "I want to help you feel encouraged" personality is just gonna get a little fierce:

That's not OK by me.

It's not OK with me if fear is taking you out, when you have things to contribute to the world. When you have a business (and a family and a community) that needs you.

You're here -- in my cozy little space -- for a reason...

And quite honestly -- I'm going to fight for you.

Because YOU are a precious gift with precious gifts to share with the world.

You have purpose.

Beautifully knitted together purpose -- even if it's been shaped by hardship or pain. Even if you've seen the trials and are desperately trying to come out the other side.

Even if you're struggling with your confidence (me, always), or have things to learn (all of us, always) or never feel enough.

Even if you feel so far removed from the people you see shining in the online space. (They're just humans, doing their thing with courage, by the way).

YOU are needed, wanted, and beautifully gifted, and that probably includes a product, service, or heart to change the world.

A purpose-driven business that can thrive when given the fire and attention it needs.

And I'm here to call you UP!

So here's where it all changes. (If you let it).

**What if you let the ONLY fear that remained be the "What if I didn't live out my gifts and talents?" fear.**

And really... let's call it a fierce motivator, a decision-making rock...

What would your life look like?

What if instead of letting those fears become WALLS that blocked you from next-level action, instead you asked yourself...

If I don't take this chance...

💙 Who would I not meet?

💙 Who might I not be able to serve who needs me?

💙 How would I not grow?

💙 What experiences would I be missing out on?

💙 What harvest would I not see by not planting the seed and tending the fruit (your vision, your ideas, your business dreams).

💙 Where would I not be able to give with generosity?

💙 What joys would I be missing out on?

So this is where we take REAL ACTION.

Action we can control.

We choose the THOUGHTS that can change our actions and feelings.

Repeat after me, Female Solopreneur:

"My PURPOSE is BIGGER than my fear."

Daily. When you see the hard thing, feel it, face it.

"My purpose is bigger than my fear."

Fear might be the trap keeping you stuck.

Sure, maybe you've convinced yourself it's systems or tech or the economy or your lack of knowledge or all the things.

But if you take a deeper look, you might just be holding yourself back by giving that fear too much power.

So here's your new game-plan, K?

Courage. Which isn’t the absence of fear.

It’s trying things before you feel ready.

Going for it.

Because one of the BIGGEST LIES is that you need to feel confidence and unafraid to do brave things.

How it really works is this:

You do them. Afraid.

Because you value your purpose. More than your fear.

And when you do... they get less scary, little by little -- or sometimes all at once!

Your confidence for that thing grows.

AFTER, not before.

You do the scary thing because it's going to get you where you want to go...

...in alignment with your PURPOSE.

Will there be bumps along the road? Do you have things to learn along the way? Will crazy things that you can't control keep happening in the world? Of course!

Are you capable of handling them or letting them go... probably a lot more than you think.

Thriving in your purposeful, profitable, joyful business online isn't just a pipe-dream -- it's so very possible.

Don't let one fear (or all of them) be the thing that stops you.

You're so much more valuable and capable than whatever feels like it's holding you back.

I'm grateful for the people who fought for me to be courageous.

Who wrote the books, told their stories, showed me they could walk through the fire and out the other side.

So I'm here for you too.
