We all want more JOY in our business, right?

And yet, too often we're plagued with draining thoughts like:

  • What am I missing?

  • Where should I focus?

  • What are other people doing?

  • What's "supposed to" work?

  • Why does this feel so hard?

  • When can I stop the hustle?!

  • And so much more.

Can you relate, Female Solopreneur?

We tend to think "when I hit my goals, THEN I'll feel the joy."

Right?

And we feel stress or overwhelm instead...

 
 

I've found that we can find JOY in our businesses when we use this very simple 123 FORMULA:

1. Am I making business decisions / marketing paths that align best with ME? (my personality, gifts, preferences, stage of life, desires, goals, values, etc) -- not someone else's.

2. Am I focusing on my perfect customer / client (the one I realllly want to serve!)? So I feel the joy of getting to connect with the people I am genuinely excited to help (whether I get 5 new clients in one day or a single like on a social post that made someone's day!)

3. Am I building intentional sparks of joy into my business-building journey? (because why wait until we get to the "finish line" to enjoy this exciting entrepreneur thing!! )

1+2+3 = a good foundation for JOY in your purpose-driven business!

And... if you haven't noticed yet... a formula that will help you hit those purpose + profit goals as well!

 
 

So my challenge to you, Big-Hearted Female Entrepreneur, is this: Have you thought much about any of those 3 things lately?

Or... umm, ever???

Or have you been so busy trying to copy someone else's...

… marketing method

… business model

… social media tricks

… time hacks

… that you've lost sight of what makes your own business feel special and joyful in the first place

I get it... it's easy to think:

Hmm, if it's working for them, I can copycat my way to success!

And... it's almost impossible not to get caught up in the noise, while people tell you what you "should" be doing left & right.

But Purpose-Driven Friend, that's not really what you were made to do.

 
 

You were made to share, create, give, connect, innovate, inspire, encourage, delight, teach, or more... and do it YOUR WAY.

Because when you lean into your own gifts, talents, strengths -- and weaknesses -- your business has the best possible chance for REAL success + genuine joy.

Without all the overwhelm.

And science backs this up – apparently, we can DO MORE (with less fatigue and overwhelm)... when we are doing purposeful things that align with our own desires and values (instead of trying to push outside of them).

Yep, it's real! Lean into it!
