This HALF-OFF mini shoot opportunity is a win-win for both of us — it allows YOU to get the imagery you want, while offering us permissions to use a limited selection of your imagery (often ones without your face) in our beautiful, exclusive stock photos collection used my limited female entrepreneurs and wellness professionals online (see some samples of our stock photo collection HERE).

ELITE MINI SHOOT EVENT DAY DETAILS for female entrepreneurs & fitness / wellness professionals
DATE: Friday Sept 16th, 2022 (morning & early afternoon slots)
DETAILS:
LOCATION: Hugo, MN - community center complex with beautiful light & setting — perfect for headshots, fitness lifestyle imagery, or small business brand photos with a computer by gorgeous neutral tables, windows, & more
TIME SLOTS: Booked apx every half-hour; based on your choice of 1, 2, or 3 outfits your session will last 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Because we are capturing your headshots & brand imagery PLUS our vision toward stock photography, you may get paired up with another person at the beginning or end of your session to shoot with some props or some specific scenes. We will work with you to get exceptional, flattering imagery that you are proud to showcase online.
OPTIONS: One, two, or three outfits. Come hair & makeup ready. Come dressed in your first outfit. (If you are unsure of what to wear, come wearing one option, and then show us the possibilities upon arrival — feel free to bring multiple options!).
SPECIAL EVENT MINI SHOOT RATES: These discounted mini sessions (you will be provided with a wide array of headshots + lifestyle brand imagery) are equivalent to 50%+ off our normal photography lifestyle brand rates! One outfit: $290; Two outfits: $390; Three outfits: $490.
STOCK PHOTO SHOOT UNDERSTANDING: Participants must be willing to sign a model release to license select images from the shoot for our very tasteful, limited-use stock photography collection (that is used by female entrepreneurs + female fitness & wellness professionals online) — that is part of the discounted mini shoot opportunity.
WHAT YOU’LL GET: Your mini shoot will include a variety of headshots, full length shots, and lifestyle imagery with and without props. You’ll get an online gallery with 30-70+ images (depending on your number of outfits) to preview, download, and use right away.
WE CAN FIX THAT: Worried about dark eye circles, that double-chin, or blemishes? No worries — you’ll have the option to add natural-style retouching (you at your best!) as an affordable option on any images you’d like ($18 each). Don’t want retouching? No worries — you can use your images right out of the gate!
WARDROBE IDEAS: Not sure what to wear? Feel free to bring options! Whether you are shooting a fitness look or a business look, please bring looks in both of those settings in case we want to add an extra stock photo element to your shoot with an alternative outfit. Feel free to bring 3-8 options of wardrobe items and we’ll help you choose.
Color schemes that are always a good idea and will match any brand palette online >> white/pale gray/neutral, white/pale gray/color pop, denim + white, denim + color pop, leggings / fitness wear in a solid color head to toe, leggings / jogging pants / fitness wear in grays, blacks, or neutrals).
PROP IDEAS: It’s a good idea to bring a few props that align with your industry! Example: If you’re a wellness coach, bring a salad, a notebook, water bottle, or some fruit! If you’re a business woman, bring your laptop, a notebook, and your fave pen. If you’re a fitness coach, bring a yoga mat, a jump rope, and a log book. Whatever will tell YOUR brand story the best! (You’re welcome to bring 5 to 10 props and we’ll see what we can fit in!). For the stock portion of your shoot, we will also provide a few select props (notebooks, water bottles, etc).
